Therapeutic Massage / Swedish Massage consists of a variety of techniques used to relax muscles and promote circulation. Swedish Massage is known to increase the flow of oxygen in the blood, therefore helping the body eliminate toxins. Massage helps bring about a state of relaxation and well-being.

For a Swedish Massage Session the client will generally remove clothing to the level of his/her comfort. Appropriate draping is required and will be followed at all times. The client is draped with a sheet and only the body part that is being worked on is uncovered.

Indian Head Massage is an Ayurvedic Massage Technique that focuses on the head, face, neck and shoulder. A variety of techniques are used to help clear tension and stress, improve focus and mental clarity, and reduce or eliminate head aches. Indian Head Massage is also immensely relaxing.
An Indian Head Massage is performed with the client comfortably seated in a chair. A session lasts 30 minutes and is a great way to quickly relieve stress and tension and to re-charge.
