Modern Reflexology can proudly trace its roots back to the healing arts of ancient cultures. Illustrations, artifacts and ancient text show that the early Egyptians, Chinese, Japanese and Indians were known to work the feet for better health.

A Reflexology Session typically lasts from 20 minutes to 1 hour. The client remains fully clothed and can choose between reclining in a chair or relaxing on a massage table. Pillows, bolsters and blankets are provided for additional support and comfort.
